CHANEL underwent extensive boutique expansion across Greater China markets, prompting its Retail Fashion team to implement a year-long boutique pre-opening training for 1000 fashion advisors and retail leaders. This was crucial in addressing time-bound challenges and fostering cohesion between new team members and experienced leaders during the pre-opening phase.
